Correspondence & Workflow

The module is a critical addition to the efficient processing of all incoming correspondence.  This includes paper, fax and the ever burgeoning number of emails.  It handles all document types including tif's and pdf's.  All documents can be rapidly passed to controlling staff who can inspect and distribute the data to the correct team members. Each allocation has a task priority which allows for the automatic monitoring of progress including any overdue items.

All data is filed in a client folder which means that everything is readily available.  All modifications and views are recorded.  The minute that data is stored means that original documents can be archived and all further processing conducted electronically.  This in itself means a more powerful business continuity process.

The management information system allows a much faster processing of documents and the rapid identification of any bottlenecks.  The module is simple to use and fast.
